Boo Vazquez was hot from the plate for the St. Cloud Rox. Vazquez went 4-5 and scored two runs. He doubled in the sixth inning and singled in the fourth, eighth, and ninth innings.
Zach Hirsch pitched seven innings and allowed one earned run, seven hits and one walk while striking out five.
Despite the loss, the Alexandria Beetles' Steve Weber dominated the St. Cloud Rox's batters, giving up three runs and striking out seven.
